Millennium Gelato Display Case

The Gelato cabinets feature ventilated refrigeration and include a Plug-in display case with ventilated refrigeration. The exterior is made of shockproof painted steel with a RAL9003 kickplate and a white painted decoration panel. The interior is made of stainless steel and the front glass is hinged and made of tempered safety glass. The counter plate is glazed aluminum and measures 233 mm deep, while the two intermediate shelves are non-refrigerated and 210 mm deep.

The cabinets also feature energy saving insulation with a 60 mm low environmental impact cyclopentane insulation, providing 20% better insulation performance than traditional systems. The cabinets also have an automatic timed defrosting system using hot gas, which allows for a very short defrosting time. Additionally, the automatic reverse cycle defrosting feature reduces cycle times by 50%, ensuring the quality of the gelato surface is maintained while also saving energy. The pastry versionhas an off-cycle defrosting system.
